What format is it, and how is it delivered?
An instant digital download: one ZIP folder. Extract it, then double-click START-HERE.html. Files are PDF, Word, Excel and browser HTML. Use a laptop or desktop and keep the folder together so the console can find your files.
How does it differ from the Complete Bundle?
The Bundle has the playbook, the 50-file toolkit and the Field Supplement. The Stack adds the AI Staff Pack, the Conversation Scripts and the Start Here console. The price is the sum of the parts; the console is free with it.
Is this a course?
No. There are no calls, webinars or coaching. The console guides you through the files, but the work is self-serve.
Do I need Claude to use it?
Only for the AI Staff Pack. Claude Cowork works with a paid Claude plan, which is not included. Everything else works without it.
What is your refund policy?
All sales are final because files are delivered in full at purchase; if a file is missing or will not open, email support@pivotlab.shop and we will send a working copy.
