Refund policy

All products sold at pivotlab.shop are digital downloads, delivered in full immediately after purchase. Because the files cannot be returned, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges, with the exception below.

Consulting Control Center: if you are not satisfied, email support@pivotlab.shop within 7 days of purchase and include your order number for a full refund.

Problems with a download: if a file is missing, damaged or will not open, email support@pivotlab.shop with your order number and we will send you a working copy.
